Our approach to artist management encompasses all aspects of a band's daily operations in the music industry. We are the short-term facilitators and the long-term strategists. Our service is tailored to the specific artistry and abilities of each client because we, as musicians ourselves, are constantly developing our skillset within all aspects of the industry.

Our international management team is efficiently structured for optimal communication and workflow.
Our team comprises two managers: Peter de Reyna (bass player and backing vocalist, Seven Spires & Ok Goodnight) and Paul Sellier. Peter lives in the US and Paul lives in France.
We have been working together since 2017 as internal management for Seven Spires. We started taking on more clients in 2021 while working for Hard Drive Agency (AU). During that period we honed our skills and learned how to accommodate a wide variety of artists with bespoke approaches.
Through De Reyna Management, our management agency we launched in February 2022, we seek to provide the artists we represent with the best we can possibly offer.

Peter de Reyna
CO-FOUNDER & MANAGER
Peter graduated with honors from Berklee College of Music in 2019 with a degree in Music Business & Upright Bass Performance. He has played bass for Seven Spires since 2015 and has served alongside Paul as management for the band since 2017. Peter joined Ok Goodnight as both the bass player and manager in 2021.
In addition, he is an accomplished freelance session and touring musician through his work with countless artists throughout Europe and North America. As a teacher Peter maintains a roster of private students while also teaching at the Berklee College of Music summer programs.
In each line of work, Peter finds vast satisfaction in the passion he is able to apply towards the growth and development of the many, fellow lifelong artists with whom he works.
Paul Sellier
CO-FOUNDER & MANAGER
After completing a Bachelor's degree in philosophy and music and a Master's in arts and culture, Paul decided to follow his dream of working as an artist manager in the metal music business upon meeting Seven Spires and Peter de Reyna in 2017.
For over a decade, Paul has been seizing opportunities to explore many aspects of the music industry:
He has worked in music journalism, promotion, marketing, and A&R, practiced songwriting, arranging, and production, performed on record and stage, all the while managing his band ROCKET GUM and assisting others in developing their careers.

Our consultation meetings take the form of an in-depth conversation to answer all your music business questions. We prefer to be able to familiarize ourselves with your band or company beforehand, so feel free to share ahead of our meeting any up-to-date materials for us to review.
This service costs $75.00 USD (tax included) per hour for a meeting with one team member. An additional fee of $55 is added to meet with both team members. (I.e. If you meet with both Peter and Paul together for one hour, the total fee will be $130.)
The meetings can be held on the video meeting service of your choice.
